What is Candlelit Care?

Candlelit Care offers pregnant and postpartum women and birthing parents at risk of chronic maternal stress, depression or anxiety access to critical support by providing digital assessments to determine risk, psychoeducation to better manage stress. Through use of data science, we are then able to pair parents with culturally sensitive one on one coaching and digital cognitive behavioral therapy designed to improve birth outcomes.

Does Candlelit Care accept my insurance?

Book a session with one of our coaches and they can check your insurance benefits as well as help you get started. At this time, we offer comprehensive support for out-of-network reimbursement and have a team on hand to help explain how it works and provide the paperwork you'll need. We'll check these benefits on your consult as well so you know your options.

Does Candlelit Care offer medication management?

No, Candlelit Care does not offer medication management. If medication is an appropriate part of your treatment plan, your coach can refer you to our psychiatrist partner who can offer medication management depending on your state. There is no guarantee that patients will be referred to receive medication.
